I liked the app prior and I really enjoy the new app updates. The app is becoming a very useful and powerful tool at an very reasonable price. The only reason I am 4 staring the app instead of 5 is that you recently mentioned the new upgrade would auto graduate seniors but I would still like to keep them in the database but just in a different category for college or young adults. I still need there info rather than just erasing it. Could you let me know what happens to that data once graduation happens? Thanks

This app is incredible! Since its designed by a youth pastor, he knows just what I need to keep track of and is working to develop the app more and more to accommodate the many demands of a database system like this...attendance, family contact info, groups, the ability to call/text/email right from the app, etc. The most recent version has added some super helpful layers. I bought a copy for my interns and volunteers to use on their devices as well. Worth every penny! Thanks for making this! Look forward to using more of it.

Ive been using this app for the past year, and let me say its been a GREAT help for our youth ministry! With the new update more features were added and made coordinating parents and staff much easier! Great job guys!

I really appreciate this app and new features being added to it. The ability to have students check themselves into events is great but the real time saver is in the ability to export data.

WOW this new update, MUCH MUCH better! Like, seriously wow. Definitely still some things to work on, but as on Nov 18th...man, leaps and bounds. Great job guys.

I rarely, if ever, go out of my way to review and App, but MinHub Youth is an exception. The guys behind this app have worked hard to give Youth Pastors an App tailored to assist with the most frustrating aspects of youth ministry. As a youth director in only my 2nd year of student ministry, my groups are not large. In fact, they are pretty small. And yet I have found such excellent use for this app. It totally lives up to the designers hope that it would serve useful for both large and small ministries. I can not recommend this App highly enough to youth leaders. Especially at a one time fee of $15, this app is a must-have if you are looking to give leaders easier ways to connect with students, a simpler attendance procedure, and the ability to check the pulse of your ministry in a few simple taps.

I want to start off by saying that I use this app multiple times a week! I am a youth pastor and it has been extremely helpful at maintaining consistent attendance! I also really enjoy the most recent update! However, one thing that I would like to see added is the capability to add notes to an event. For example, when I take attendance for a Wednesday evening service, I would like to add a note saying how many students were new, a note about worship set lists, or anything of the sort. Keep up the good work!

Its better than using paper or excel to track attendance and stats. Overall it is a great app! They are steadily making improvements to it. That in itself is awesome. Solid app with solid updates!

I gave this app three stars a little over a year ago, and since then they have really improved! Being able to use the app across multiple devices (including the iPad) at the same time was a must before I would consider using it, and now they have syncing capabilities via Dropbox AND it is now iPad UI friendly. I LOVE the idea of being able to record a "ministry moment". Theyre still working out some bugs and looking to make further improvements, but this app is now worth EVERY PENNY (especially if youre an iPhone user).

I have tried and tried to get this app to work across devices and it will not work. I have also reached out to the creators and the people who built the app with no help from them at all. I had huge hopes for this app, but at this point pretty disappointed in it and will begin my look for another app to use. I do feel like I have been very patient in waiting for a response and a fix but have not received either. I hope they get this fixed and if they do I will be giving it another try.

Love the app. It has a ton of features that, and I havent even tapped into its potential yet. Awesome to have pictures available for our volunteer leaders and pastors alike. Great to have birthdays to connect with them on that day. Easy to add new people in just a couple minutes. Has visitor logs to have easy contact with them after first attending. The developers are really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to getting into the other features as well.

I purchased an iPad for our ministry so that we can sync across devices without other leaders having to use my own personal device. Unfortunately, syncing across devices have bugs. Several datas are missing including student info (except their photo) and events I created. We lost our history & future events so tracking from the past events are not possible. Sadly, Ill be returning the new iPad. I would wait until they fix this problem before purchasing if syncing across devices is what you need. Otherwise it is a great app for one device.

I love the app. Easy to use, syncs a lot better than before. It has students, parents, and staff. Also the staff can use it which is great. Only down side is it is only apple compatible.

I like the app but its been frustrating with the issues of syncing across devices. Students data say "null" and is missing all their info when syncing including attendance weve taken. Ive emailed developer for help to restore the data lost a few months ago and have not received a response back. Whats up with that?

When the app first launched there were many features this app needed to make it that much better. The addition of parents, staff, and making sibling groups has been most welcomed. They have added a kiosk mode in order to protect information as well as keep the app in right screen. In all its probably the best thing I have purchased on my phone to help in youth ministry. Unfortunately there is a bug that when syncing for first time in new device that will create null for names places etc. Addition of export and import has been great in keeping from losing everything. Overall the year Ive been using this app its been great.

I absolutely love this app. Simplicity meets specificity! The perfect YG App for sign in and database management. Something I think would be really cool for future updates is a virtual raffle built in to the attendees of a certain event, with a cool animation (maybe wheel of fortune style). We have a raffle every week at Youth and this would streamline that whole process! Anyway, great app

I tried to like this app. I really wanted it to work. Yet from day one there have been major syncing problems for other leaders and myself. The other problem is that I now cannot get anyone to respond to my emails. They made promises to fix them, but every update failed and only created new problems. Its a great idea but this app unfortunately fails and is not worth the $15. Save your money and, like me, keep looking for something else that can be helpful vs providing headaches.

I absolutely love this app. It has maximize my ability to keep track of my students and leaders. Easy to use. There are a few bugs that Im confident that will be worked out in the near future. If you are in the 21st century, youll want this app!

I tried loading Min Hub on my IPhone 6 but it refuses to sync with my iPad. It would be great if it could quickly import a spreadsheet so that it could be useful for large events with many new students.

Ive been in ministry for 18yrs and have always struggled with follow up, attendance and learning names. This app is a game changer for me. We had a student come this past Wed that has visited several times but Ive never connected with her or learned her name. This Wed she came and we had her add her info on the iPad through MinHub App and that night, I sent her a text through the app thanking her for coming and she immediately replied. I also know her name (first and last). I was also able to quickly see the youth that have not attended in two weeks and sent them a text to let them know we missed them. Im really excited about this app and am looking forward to seeing future enhancements and features.
