Love how it helps keep track, and how its evolving. I would find it helpful to incorporate social media on this.

Love what this app is trying to do but it seems it has some technical issues. Has anyone made it past the "indexing database" screen after they login to Dropbox?

We have used this app every week for the past 6-8 months and we love it. When we started using it we had 12-15 we are now hitting 25-30 (not crediting that to the app) being able to track that and all the info about the students (parent info, age, grade, absences,etc.)that this app allows you to track has been so beneficial to us as a team. INVEST IN THIS APP! It is worth it. Suggestions: 1. Waiting on the stats overhaul 2. Wish the app was free so I could put it on multiple devices (that are not on my account) and pay to have one account so I can sign in rather than paying $15 per device (we are up to 2 so far). 3. Would love to see a more user friendly way to track absenteeism. Love the app! Thank you!

Hadnt used this app in over a year (when it was called Youth Ministry Tracker), but just updated it, and LOVE the improvements! Have now experimented with it and looked through every utility and option- just amazed at its thoroughness. I can already tell it will be a great tool in connecting and organizing my team, my youth and parents, as well as keeping track of attendance and contact info (being able to share such in PDF format and import data from excel will be huge for me). It is finally much more than just an attendance tracker, but a tool for collaboration and connection... Helpful and exciting for those like me who have struggled in (but continued to work at) maturing their ministries into a team approach rather than solo. (With the ability for other connected leaders in my ministry to also access and update the data, even keeping up with this database doesnt have to be a lonely effort!) Who knew the administrative end of youth ministry could actually be so much - dare I say - fun???

This app is amazing and makes keeping track of students and their info simple. The only thing I would add is a way to track your volunteers! A super important and sometimes difficult task in youth ministry.

App has some issues: 1. Want to delete a student and button that says delete student isnt working 2. Button to report problem just kicks me out of app 3. Would love a spot to put attendance of youth volunteers not just students and tried to make a group for volunteers but was forcing me to include grade and school which would skew stats 4. Im Canadian and would like the option to put province and postal code rather than state and zip code. Thanks!!

This is an awesome little app that has the potential to change the way we take attendance and track students in our youth ministries. However it needs to be more customizable, Canadian friendly, and some more features added and refined. It needs to be quicker and more efficient. I love it regardless. Buy it, because one day it will be revolutionary.

A pretty helpful too, but could really we an add leader section. This would be most helpful when taken attendance for events,etc. Also would be helpful for a social media section.

Great app! Revolutionary for youth ministry attendance! Great new features with the new update. Would have given more stars but having trouble with syncing across iOS devices now. Would also like to see including high school student leaders as staff, especially for Jr high ministry.

Getting NULL for my students now. Made a great app into a roadblock in our student ministry. No response from app creators.

This app is a great tool for taking attendance and monitoring students and breaking down statistics for your group. The text message tool is another plus as well. I really like the look and feel of the app. Things that need work are: a more comprehensive way to make reports, a way to print off a database, it would be nice if the phone numbers would go to contacts automatically, and the iCloud sync does not work properly. This isnt an issues with iCloud, its an issue with the app. Overall I really do like this app. I hope the iCloud sync issue is fixed soon and I cant wait for the next updates!

It is nice that the app can take attendance and list events and even text students. However its not a true group messaging app. You still have to click send for every student in the group. Even if you only have 25 students, you still have to click 25 times on the send button. Also it would be nice to be able to add a section to write notes about a student like if they have any allergies or behavior to watch for. It only gives room for one parent and phone number.

This app has changed the way I am able to look at my student group!

Great at first but I find myself wishing it had more features, like time stamp for sign in and out, parent signatures, and a bug fix for iCloud syncing... Thats a nightmare actually... But the rest is great.

I have been using this for a few weeks and have finally built up a good database. This app is amazing. The reporting is great, taking attendance is a breeze and creating events takes not time at all. I also love that I can send out mass texts but they still be personalized and not Im a group text. Awesome!!!!!

Wherever and whenever I looked for something to meet the needs of my registration process electronically, everything always fell short, all except for YMT. With over 150 students on a weekly basis and new students coming in weekly, we needed something that could help us keep our paper database more streamlined. This app is it. The only feature thats currently missing is syncing across multiple devices that dont share an iCloud account. That would take this app into the stratosphere and definitely assist us in keeping track of our students more easily.

Just downloaded it. I watched your video and I like some of its features. I will be using it this Wednesday. On your next update try to add an option to add attendance for youth sponsors(adults). We track everybody for attendance. Overall, looks very promising. Nice update, thanks for the birthday notification, needed that.

Really want to use this app because there is nothing like it available. It has the potential to be a game changer. However, if you have a youth ministry with more than a handful of students and have multiple leaders it is simply unusable unless multiple people on multiple devices can input data that will sync to one central place. It is counterproductive to have multiple leaders all inputting student data on multiple devices if that data cant be received on my database. Also, it would be extremely helpful if there was a computer based site where we could disseminate this data as well. If these problems can be solved via a solution like Dropbox or something it will be incredible, please fix this because I really want to use it!
